- 物品必須完好無損，外包裝貼紙或膠帶一經撕開皆無法退換
- 物品必須附有所有標籤並使用原包裝
- 物品必須退回到我們的指定地點
- 積木紙盒難免會有瑕疵或凹痕，無法保證物流不會損傷外盒，本商店是販售積木，非積木外盒，完美主義者請勿造成彼此困擾

產品品質有問題
得知您收到了有缺陷的產品，我們深感遺憾。在購買後7天內發送電子郵件至
blockstw.com@gmail.com，並附上故障產品的圖片，我們將與您聯繫解決問題。
退貨處理時間
我們會盡快處理您的退貨，在收到退還的商品後，我們會在1-3個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 3天後仍未獲得退款，請通過blockstw.com@gmail.com 與我們聯繫，並提供退貨收據中的寄件證明，我們將對此進行進一步的調查。
當我們收到您的退貨件，您將收到一封電郵收件確認通知。當安排退款後，您還會收到電郵退款確認通知。請注意，付款可能需要 3-5 個工作日才能顯示在您的帳戶中，具體取決於發卡機構。
Returns Policy
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Items must be undamaged
- Items must have all tags attached and be in original packaging
- Item’s must be returned to our returns centre

**Any returns costs will be at your own expense, unless there is a quality issue.**
Qulity Issue
We are sorry to hear you have received a faulty product. No problem! Send our customer service team an email within 7 days of purchase at blockstw.com@gmail.com, with images of the faulty product and we will be in touch to resolve the issue.
Return Process Time
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 1-3 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 7 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at blockstw.com@gmail.com with the proof of postage information from your return carrier receipt and we will investigate this further.
Track the Return Status
As soon as your return has been received by our warehouse team you will receive an email notification. You will then also receive an email from us to say your refund has been processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
